the challenge

The restaurant business is touted as being one of the toughest. Simply by entering the Edmonton restaurant market, Zinc had their work cut out for them.

the plan

Our work with Zinc began with the development of the corporate identity materials for the restaurant as well as the materials for the catering/facility rental at the Art Gallery of Alberta (AGA). From there we progressed into the development of a marketing campaign to extend awareness beyond patrons of the AGA, where the restaurant is located, to the dining out and event crowd in general.

the results

Zinc has built a loyal client base and has established itself as a downtown dining destination. In fact, Where Magazine named the restaurant one of Canada’s Best New Restaurants of 2010. Click here for the article and Zinc mention on page 2.
